Cancellation Policy


  • As a safety precaution, the parents are responsible for their children, though the property is surrounded security wall and a swimming pool.
  • Maximum occupancy in a room is 2 adults and 1 child below 6 years sharing parent’s room with existing bedding.
  • On request Extra bed is available on chargeable basis. Only 1 rollaway bed per room and is subject to availability.
  • Per Child rate from 6 to 12 years is Rs. 1000/- per day exclusive of taxes.
  • Children from 12 years of age and above are considered as adults and will have to occupy a separate room.
  • Every child below the age of 12 years residing with parents will have to be accompanied by their parents at all times while using the swimming pool.
  • Minimum age for spa treatment is 18 years and above.


  • Booking confirmation is against 100% advance.
  • If any cancellations are made 21 days before check-in, the guest will be provided a refund of the full booking amount.
  • If any cancellations are made between 0 to 21 days before check-in, one day retention charge will be applicable.
  • In case of no Show, retention of the full booking amount will be applicable.


Dear guests, in order to make your stay in Aqua de Goa service apartment a pleasant experience, please follow the in-house Rules.

  • Only a person registered at the reception may use the accommodation facilities at the Serviced Apartments.
  • Visitors are not allowed inside the apartment. Please use the reception/lobby for socializing and meetings.
  • All booking is against 100% advance payment. Payment can be made in cash or by credit card (Visa or MasterCard).
  • Easily flammable and explosive substances and materials, as well as objects with unpleasant odour, are not allowed on Aqua de Goa
  • Pursuant to the provision of the Act limiting the use of tobacco products in public and enclosed spaces, smoking is not allowed on Aqua de Goa Any violation of this Act shall be fined.
  • Washing and drying clothing garments is not allowed in the front balcony. Ironing clothing garments is only allowed on the iron board and you may request the same at reception. Any violation of this Act shall be fined.
  • Due to sanitation rules, consumption of food and beverages purchased or delivered by catering services is only allowed within the apartment. Aqua de Goa will not be held responsible for delivery and quality of the same.
  • Aqua de Goa will not be responsible for any liability or payment for the services being used or ordered by guest from outside such as Taxi, Self Drive Car, F&B, etc.
  • Cooking or any other form of meal preparation is only allowed on the cook top whereas microwave shall only be used for heating purpose. Electric Kettle is only meant for boiling water.
  • Breakage or damage to any equipment or utensils shall be chargeable as per management decision.
  • Please take care of your valuables, jewelry and documents, the Aqua de Goa does not assume any responsibility for their possible disappearance.
  • Please make sure you remove the keys and close the apartment properly before leaving.
  • The keys does not have to be handed in at the reception. Please return the key card on check out.
  • In cases of keys loss please inform the reception staff of the incident and the charges for the same have to borne by the guest.
  • Please make sure you do not forget anything at check out. Forgotten items are sent to the guest’s address (if found) only at their request and payment for courier.
  • Please vacate the room prior to 10:00 hours (10:00 AM) on the check- out date. Staying in the room after 10:00 hours causes additional charge for stay.
  • Please inform the reception staff of a possible later check out in one-day advance from the check-out date.
  • Please do not disturb other guests by loud noises in your apartment, hallways and public areas.
  • Maintain proper silence from 22:00 to 8:00 hours (Bed Time).
  • Please promptly report any malfunction or failure to the reception staff.
  • Please take care of the apartment inventory and other equipment. All intentional/non-intentional damages occurring during your stay shall be charged on your account.
  • Please make sure you do not leave the water running in the bathroom when you leave the apartment.
  • Please do not walk and stay in the Aqua de Goa public areas in inappropriate clothing, i.e. pajamas, swimming costumes under-wears, bathing suits, etc. Walking without clothing is strictly forbidden
  • Please make sure you use proper swimwear and take shower before entering the swimming pool.
  • Pets are not allowed inside the Aqua de Goa
  • All possible complaints by individual, agency or contract guest shall be taken into account only if reported during the stay. All later claims shall not be entertained.
  • Apartment’s inventory (pillows, blankets, towels, utensils etc.) are intended for you to use while staying in the apartment and are not to be taken out.
